Scope Of Work: We are required to provide the services round the clock 24 x7x 365

days to visitors of hospitals that include patient attenders, staff and doctors of hospital. The
Royal Green Food may also note that the requirement for catering services may
increase/decrease based up on the activity level and requirements of the Hospital. Thus, the
requirement for man power and other services may go up or come down accordingly.24X7
Services should be provided by the us so that visitors, staff and doctors would accessible to
food in case of emergency. The Royal Green Food shall be required to arrange executive
meals at short notice for visiting VIPs/ dignitaries. Certain dishes as required by VIPs may be
arranged from outside sources with prior approval of competent authority of the Purchaser.
The caterer may make payments and claim the same subsequently through a regular bill.

Quotation/Terms & conditions for providing Canteen/Catering services.

 The canteen services will be used only for canteen operations.

 Electricity will be provided by the Hospital which shall not be used for cooking purposes. Would
be use power consumption only for refrigerator, hot-case, grinding of dal etc.

 We are not done any undesirable activity/serving of liquor/keeping/sailing of gutkha, Bidi,


Cigrette and other intoxicating substance in the canteen premises.
 All electrical equipment/ items installed in the canteen premises must be handed over to the
medical college in working and good condition and in the same condition as was handed over on
completion of the contract.
 Best quality material to be used in the food.
 Our canteen staff should behave well with all the officers/employees of the hospital and with the
visited insured person and the canteen staff will be disciplined.
 The staff employed in the canteen will maintain complete hygiene and will also keep themselves
clean. Such as nails should be cut & they should not be sick etc.
 The utensils used etc. we have to be kept clean.
 No charges will be levied more than the proposed rates.
 The maintenance and upkeep of premises, furniture and fixtures will be the sole responsibility of
the contractor.
 The Contract will be initially for a period of Five year. However, after the expiry of six months, the
Medical College will evaluate the performance of services provided by the contractor. If the
services are found satisfactory, the Medical College reserves the right to extend the contract for
another four and half year on the same terms & conditions.
 Our authorized representative must be available in the canteen at all times to attend the
complaint, if any.
 The Contractor shall procure and use all fresh and of standard/good quality raw material,
eatables etc. necessary for running for the canteen at his own costs. The quality of food shall be
maintained in consultation with the management and the decision of the management in respect
of quantity and quality of food shall be final.
 The contractor shall provide a portable weighting machine in order to check the weight of item
supplied, as per approved rate list.
 All books of accounts, registers and any other documents used in connection with running of the
canteen shall be maintained by Royal Green Food at his own cost and the same shall be
produced for inspection either on demand by the Medical Authorities.
 Water shall be supplied by hospital free of cost.
 The payment will be made on fortnightly basis on submission of bill duly accompanied with slip
signed by designated person.
