CHRISTMAS AND EASTER SCHOOL HOLIDAYS
Bookings of a minimum of one-week (for
Christmas) or 4 nights (for Easter) will be
taken up until one
month prior to school holidays.
Shorter bookings may be taken at the
Management discretion after this time, or
earlier if the
booking can be added to the beginning or
end of an existing booking. Item
LONG WEEKENDS AND SPECIAL EVENTS
Bookings of a minimum of three nights can
be taken up until one month prior to the long
weekend or
special event.

CHRISTMAS AND EASTER SCHOOL HOLIDAYS
Cancellations providing more than 28 days’
notice in relation to the scheduled arrival
date are
refundable, excluding a $35 administration
fee. Cancellations inside 28 days of the
scheduled arrival
date will result in forfeiture of all monies paid
unless the accommodation can be rebooked.

It is your responsibility to remove your own
rubbish from your cabin during your
stayEach cabin has its own outside bin with a
bin liner. More bin liners are located in the
cupboard under the sink in your cabinLandfill
and recycle bins are located throughout the
site for your use. Please sort rubbish
accordingly: General household and recycle
items into appropriate binsYour assistance is
appreciated and will help keep the site tidy

helmets must be worn when riding bicycles
• No Rip sticks, skateboards, roller blades,
electric scooters, segway or
hoverboards are to be ridden.
• The management are not responsible for
any accident or injury
caused whilst riding.
Children: Parents are responsible for their
children’s behaviour at all times.
All children must be under parent
supervision while on any recreational
equipment or in the swimming pool. Children
under 8 years must be
accompanied by an adult.
Dog-friendly: Guests must notify
management of all dogs when booking,
and prior to checkin. Acceptance of any dog
is at the discretion of
management. All dogs must be kept on a
lead at all times.

Facilities and Amenities: All communal
facilities are to be kept in a clean
and tidy manner at all times. We ask that all
facilities be vacated by 10pm,
this includes the BBQ and pool areas.

must obey NSW road rules including:
o Checking left and right before entering or
crossing a road.
o Give way to pedestrians.
• Australian and New Zealand Standard
(AS/NZS 2063:2008) approved
helmets must be worn when riding bicycles

Security: All guests are responsible for
securing their valuables at all times.
While we do our best to maintain a safe
environment, including providing
security during busy times. Management
takes no responsibility for any
damage or loss incurred to your belongings
during your stay.
