1) What are your core strengths? This could be tech, or could be soft skill (mentoring etc.)

On the technical side, I excel in Cloud & DevOps, particularly in cloud-native technologies, CI/CD pipeline
development, infrastructure automation and maintenance ensuring smooth, efficient, and scalable
operations. On the soft skills front, I am an inclusive thinker, passionate about cutting-edge technologies,
collaborative team player and keen towards continuous improvement and innovation.

2) What project have you shown this strength on?

During a recent project at Siemens, I co-developed a custom Kubernetes controller to automate

application and database provisioning, that involved end-to-end development, testing and deployment
of multi-tenant Kubernetes Operators for a prominent manufacturing division inside Siemens, from
initial development to production-ready status and ongoing maintenance. This solution significantly
enhanced operational efficiency, minimizing manual intervention, reduced platform dependency for
application while accelerating application delivery time.

3) What would you bring/add to a new team?

To a new team, I would bring technical expertise in DevOps practices, particularly in CI/CD, Kubernetes,
and cloud automation, along with a collaborative mindset and a commitment towards continuous
improvement.

4) What motivates you?

Some of the most powerful motivators for me is the desire to grow and improve, ambition to advance in
my carrier and curiosity towards new technologies and innovation.
5) What areas to you want to improve/what are your weaknesses (again, could be tech or soft skill)?

I am well-versed in cloud technologies like AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform; however, I am keen to
expand my expertise into the AI/ML field. I am motivated about its integration with DevOps practices to
create more robust data-driven solutions.

6) Imagine, you need to design and then maintain an infrastructure setup including these AWS services:
EC2, EKS, ECS, S3, EMR, SNS, SQS, DynamoDB. How comfortable from 1 to 10 would you feel with this
task? Please, provide a single number.

7) Have you ever created a terraform module and why?

Yes, I have created terraform modules for many recent projects to streamline infrastructure as a code
process. Creating modules helps to simplify complex configurations for cloud resources by reducing
configuration errors. Modules also helps teams to easily reuse same code allowing modifications as per
requirements.

8) Have you designed a Kubernetes cluster with stateful applications running there?

Yes. This involved configuring persistent storage using Stateful Sets for applications requiring databases. I
implemented storage solutions like Persistent Volume Claims (PVCs) to ensure data retention and
availability, even during pod rescheduling or node failures.
