1 Machine body should be sound and in good condition.
2 Moving part of machine should be properly guarded. Ensure Guard provided by
machine manufacturers which is inbuilt is safe and sound and properly fitted.
3 Auto adjustable guard should be in functional condition.
4 The on/Off switch should be in good condition without any damage.
5 Cutting wheels should be free from defect, and rotating capacity should be marked.
Cutting wheels should be of standard quality only.
6 Positioning screw should be in working condition and without any damage and
can be used smoothly.
7 Power cables should be free from damage.
8 Power connection should be taken using industrial plug only.
9 The machine should be provided with double insulation and properly grounded.
10 You should use a designed key for changing the cutting wheel.
11 Machines should be operated by competent and experienced people only.
