I, 1. Mr.Naziruddin Shamsuddin Shaikh, aged about 72 years,
Aadhar card no. 6537 3858 7581, Citizen of India, residing at
Room No. 1 Wall Bai Chawl Golibar Masjid Road Opp. Hakim K. G.
Class Santacruz East, Mumbai 400 055. I do hereby declare this to

be my last will and testament which I make on this day of
August 2024 at Bhayander ("Will") as under:
1. I state that I am residing at above mentioned address, I say
that I got married to ________________ on 27-04-1990, and from
the said wedlock we have three sons namely

3)_______________________, I say that my wife and my children
take care of me in respect of medicine, food, and having moral
support and helping me in all respect.
2. I say that all the properties which is mentioned in Schedule are
purchased individually by me, the same is purchased by my
own independent income and all the properties are my self-
acquired properties.
3. I am having regard to the uncertainty of life and to avoid any
future dissention and disputes regarding the inheritance of my
properties. I hereby device and bequeath all my moveable and
immoveable properties hereunder written in the manner
hereinafter express i.e. under Schedule.
4. DECLARATION.
1. I hereby revoke all my previous wills and codicils thereto, if
any. .
2. I am of good health and of sound mind and in a capacity and
I am making this Will out of my free will.
5. APPOINTMENT OF EXECUTORS.
I appoint Mr_____________________resident of
______________________ to be the executor of this Will. In the
event Mr.__________________ to predecease me, then Mr.
________________ will be the executor of this Will.
6. DEVOLUTION OF ESTATE.
I own and possess certain Immovable and Movable properties
on the date of this Will which are fully describe in detail
hereunder Schedule.
A. It is my will and desire that after my demise all the
properties describe under schedule shall transfer to my
wife Mrs. ___________ and if my wife to predecease me so
in that case the properties mentioned in the schedule
shall transfer equally to 3 childrens 1)____________,

all the property, real, personal, Movable, Immovable or
mixed, describe in schedule hereinbelow, Accordingly, I
hereby devise and bequeath, such all of property

B. I bequest all my moveable and immoveable properties,
Gold articles/ornaments, Silver articles/ornaments,
Diamond Articles/ornaments, Bank accounts, Locker’s in
the Bank, Fix Deposits, Shares, Mutual funds, Bonds, as
per my wills/Desire mentioned above in clause 6A and
6B.

respect of probate. I am executing this WILL in a sound
state of mind without any coercion, duress or pressure and I
state that whatever stated above is true and correct and I
have the privilege of changing this WILL at any time if I
desire until my demise. I put my signature on this WILL and
TESTAMENT with great consciousness.
10. I, make, publish, and declare this to be my last will and
