Installation, Commissioning & Maintenance of all kinds of Air-Conditioning Equipment such as
FCUs, AHUs, Chillers, VAVs
Handling MEP works at site
Qty take off of all the MEP works
Planning for material and manpower to achieve the target as per schedule
Preparation of OBS reports

Supervise Draftsman for Preparing shop Drawings and As-built Drawings
To verify and ensure that the firefighting work is as per Civil Defense requirement
Estimation of Heat Load, design of Ducting, Pump head calculations and calculation of
External Static Pressure for Ducting.
Preparing the material submittals for HVAC/Pluming and firefighting material as
per specification and requirement and submit for consultant/client approval.
Undertook the duties of Mechanical Engineer. Supervising the installations and preparing
workshop drawings, material submission of various MEP services.
Monitoring and documenting the construction progress. Keeping accurate daily logs,
participating in the progress weekly meetings of the construction.
Submission of the daily, weekly and the monthly progress report and preparation of the project
time schedule.
Guiding the AutoCAD operator for preparation of shop drawings for
HVAC/Plumbing/Firefighting works.
Coordinate with Consultant Representative for inspection of work progress.
Supervise/Continuously monitor and coordinate with the subcontractor and site foreman for
the proper implementation of the work & standards in a best and economical way.
Manpower allocation and supervision preparation, implementation & updating work schedules
for on-time completion of the project.
Supervise/Examine the Installation/Testing, Adjusting and Air balancing for HVAC System.
Command/Instruct of the site foremen whenever conflict in work. Take corrective measure and
procedures to regain the work by coordinating with the site consultant representative.
