Sub :- Calling for willingness for the posts in Group-B and Group-C
on deputation and loan basis at NACIN, Palasamudram

Applications are invited for filling up of vacancies in the cadre of Group-B and
Group-C at NACIN, Palasamudram campus as tabulated below on deputation and loan
basis. Applications are sought from the officers holding analogous posts in the formations
Customs, GST & Central Excise and officers holding analogous posts in the Directorate
General/ Directorate under CBIC in the same pay scale.

2. The period of deputation is for three years and period of loan is for two years.
The period of deputation including the period in another ex-cadre post held
immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other
organization/department if the Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed
three (03) years. However, the period of deputation may be extended depending
upon performance of the officer as well as the organizational requirement.
3. It is requested that this vacancy circular may be circulated within your
Zone/ Directorate and willingness of the interested and eligible officers may be

forwarded to this office through e-office or email ([email protected]) in the
prescribed proforma enclosed with this circular along with APAR grading of the
officers for the last five years, No Objection Certificate of concerned Zonal Chief
Commissioner specifically mentioning thein the mode of selection (deputation or loan
basis) and Vigilance Certificate. The vacancy circular and the proforma may be

4. Officers who are desirous of being considered for the above
deputation/loan are requested to submit their application and bio data in
prescribed proforma through proper channel latest by 14/12/2024. The willing
officers may also send an advance copy of the application to the Pr. Additional
Director General, NACIN, Palasamudram on above email. It may be noted that
the final selection/appointment is subject to the internal selection process of
NACIN and clearance from the respective Cadre Controlling Authority.
5. The officers posted to NACIN, Palasamudram will have to be
stationed at Palasamudram and accommodation in departmental quarters will be
made available within the Campus.
6. This issues with the approval of the Pr. Director General, NACIN,
Palasamudram.
