Please read following instructions carefully:

1. Physical Reporting :For physical reporting, candidate, who have paid the seat acceptance fee upto Round 4, is required to report in
person at the Allotted Institute as per above mentioned physical reporting schedule(in case of non-reporting at allotted institute, allotted
seat will be deemed as CANCELLED, no refund will be provided for whatsoever reason).
2. For physical reporting, candidate is required to produce all the relevant documents in original (with a set of self-attested
photocopies) such as proof of qualifying examination (12th/diploma/UG marksheets etc.), valid certificate(s) of category/ subcategory/
Rural Weightage/ Fee Waiver etc. whichever are applicable, medical fitness/Character Certificate from the Institution last attended etc.
on the prescribed format available in the Information Brochure. At any stage, if the documents submitted by candidate are found to be
forged / fake/ineligibility in qualification, then the seat allotted will be cancelled.
3. For physical reporting, candidate is required to report with full amount of fee of the allotted institute. Notably the fees of the allotted
institute and its mode of payment will be confirmed/provided by respective institute.
4. The seat acceptance fee, which is available with the University, shall be transferred to the allotted Institute. In case, the candidate
fails to report physically for admission in the allotted Institute within the specified period as mentioned above, the seat allotted to
candidate shall automatically stand cancelled and hence allotted seat shall be treated as vacant. Further, in such a case, the fee
submitted by candidate during counselling process shall be forfeited and no refund will be given.
5. You shall be required to submit the balance amount of Institute Fee (after deducting seat acceptance fee) and other fees as applicable
for the allotted Institute. For fee details, please see the website of the allotted institute and contact the allotted institute.
6. Request for Hostel Allotment would be considered by the Allotted Institute After admission in the Institute based on availability.
7. NO "Change of Institute" OR "Migration" shall be allowed at any stage during the duration of the Course.
