I. Title:
Clean and Green/Tourism Photo and Video-Making Contest
II. Rationale:
Barangay Nangalisan is blessed with nature springs, awing landscapes, and
diverse culture. Living with it, the appreciation of these sceneries is being kept just
in tip of our fingers. Through capturing the moments, we tend to create stories of
our experiences to what we saw and feel from within.
Tourism and Environmental Preservation comes hand-on-hand. As we
preserve the sanctity of these blessed sceneries, the more it holds its life; creating
more memories. Through the involvement of youth in this endeavor, it allows
identity for Barangay Nangalisan which affects the lives of the community living
thereat. With the advent of technology and creativity of the youth, showcasing
these beautiful and awing sceneries improves tourism as well the advocacy of its
preservation through environmental awareness and protection.
III. Objectives:
The activity sought to:
To promote tourism in Barangay Nangalisan;
To highlight the participation of the youth through their creativity and skills;
and
To advocate for environmental preservation.
IV. Date and Venue:
The date of this activity starts July 8, 2024 and this will be conducted at
Barangay Nangalisan, Tuba, Benguet thru online platform.
V. Participants:
The participants in this activity are those bona fide youth of Barangay
Nangalisan.
VI. Budgetary Requirement:
Prizes Php 5,700.00
