We are delighted to inform you that our Infosys Springboard Pragati: Path to Future Cohort 2 is
nearing its conclusion, and we are thrilled to announce the opening of registrations for the
October-December cohort. This exclusive career development program for women which will be
anchored every 3 months.

Through this program we aim to address essential competencies like Digital Dexterity, Gen AI
Fluency, Professional Skill Enhancement, Leadership Acumen, Domain Awareness, and Industry
Engagement.
Few points to remember:
o This program is exclusively for women aged 18 and above, including students, young
professionals, job seekers, or those considering re-entering the workforce.
o The program will follow a hybrid model, with one week out of the 12 held at various
Infosys campuses and offices. The remaining 2.5 months will be conducted virtually.
o Participants from earlier cohorts who have completed the program with certificates
should not register for Cohort 3.
o Registration for males will be automatically cancelled.

discussion.
To be eligible, you must be a registered learner on Infosys Springboard with at least one
course completion.
Once selected, we will share the complete program schedule for both in-person and virtual
sessions. The schedule for in-person sessions will be shared based on the city you select in
your form.
