2 Wiring for Light Points Controlled by Switch
Providing & wiring of first light point/Exhaust Fan
Point/Ceiling Fan point consisting of one light point
controlled by one switch and wired with 3x1.5mm sq
(P+N+E) 1core PVC insulated single core copper conductor Nos. 216
cables, in and including cost of 1” dia. heavy duty PVC
conduit, recessed in Slab, walls, installed on surface or as
required at site. Complete in all respect.
Same as per item no-2 but light point to point wiring with
a) 1.5mm sq PVC insulated single core copper conductor Nos. 80
cables. Complete in all respect.
3 Power Circuit
Providing & wiring for 3Pin 15 Amps power socket outlet
from D.B to First Socket outlet wired with 2x4mm sq +
1x2.5mm sq as CPC PVC insulated single core copper
conductor cables, in and including cost of 1" dia PVC conduit Nos. 22
along with all accessories. Complete in all respect.
Same as per item no-3 but outlet to outlet wiring with
a) 2x4mm sq + 1x2.5mm sq as CPC PVC insulated single core Nos. 35
cables, Complete in all respect.
4 Split Air Condetioning Units Circuits
Providing & wiring for Split A.C units from D.B to Unit wired
with 2x6mm sq + 1x2.5mm sq as CPC PVC insulated 450/750
V grade single core copper conductor cables, in and Nos. 13
including cost of 1" dia PVC conduit along with all
accessories, Complete in all respect.
5 Switches & Sockets
Providing, fixing & connecting of Clipsal by
Schneider/Legrand Make following sockets outlet, Complete
in all respect.

8 P.V.C Conduit.
Providing & installation of following PVC conduit to be

9 Earthing System
a) Earthing Pit
Providing, installation, commissioning and testing of earthing
pits (20 - 30 ft deep or upto water level ), back filling,
ramming etc. complete with earth electrode 20mm dia and 3
mtr long, 2x70mm sq strandard copper conductor from
earth electrode to manhole as indicated in specification and
drawings. Complete with conductor clamps 50mm dia PVC
pipe(20 feet only) and all accessories as per drawings. Each
earth pit is to be provided with a concrete manhole 300 x

300 x 450(mm) deep with 225mm thick wall including
cement mortar, internal plaster 1:4, with heavy duty C.I.
cover including test clamp. Complete in all respect. Earthing
bores shall be made at 6 to 8 feet away from foundation and
distance between earth pits shall not be less than 10 feet.
b) Earth Connecting Point
Providing & installation of Earth connecting point made with
200mm wide, 32mm high and 6mm thick tin plated Copper
Bar(Local Make) with holes suitable for installation of 1 No.

shall be enclosed in appropriate size of powder coated metal

10 D.B-Light & Power Sockets
Providing, installation, connections of wires / cables and

Concealed / Open type to be installed as and where shown
on drawings or as required at site. Made of M.S. sheet 16
SWG with hinged door, handle, catcher, earthing bar,
neutral strip, internal wiring from MCCB's, including cost of
all necessary materials. Complete in all respect.
