“A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REPROGRAMMING OF THE
UNEXPENDED BALANCES OF BARANGAY DISASTER RISK REDUCTION
MANAGEMENT FUND (BDRRMF) FOR C/Y 2021 AND C/Y 2022 OF
BARANGAY SAGRADA FAMILIA, BUHI, CAMARINES SUR”
WHEREAS, the Reprogramming of the unexpended balances of
Barangay Disaster Risk Reduction Management Fund (BDRRMF) for C/Y 2021
and C/Y 2022 amounting of one hundred fourteen thousand six hundred
thirteen pesos and ninety-four centavos (Php 114,613.94);
WHEREAS, the BDRRMF unexpended balances for C/Y 2021 is
amounting to thirty thousand three hundred eleven pesos and forty-four
centavos (30,311.44) while for C/Y 2022 amounting of eighty-four thousand
three hundred two pesos and 50 centavos (84,302.50);
WHEREAS, the targets are to minimize the adverse effects of hazard
through effective precautionary measures and to ensure the appropriate and
efficient delivery of emergency services following the impact of a disaster;
WHEREFORE, on motion presented by Kag. Arnold Silverio T. San
Antonio and seconded by all, be it –
RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished to
the government offices for their review.
