Instructions for Mid-Year 2024
You are requested to stay in Building 2 throughout the Exam
1. Class Teachers will take attendance at 8:00 a.m. sharp.
1. Invigilators are required to stand in the front of the classroom. if students are using
Chromebooks, monitor by standing at the back. Kindly do not walk or take rounds in the
class.
2. Kindly check the subject and then only distribute the papers.
3. Invigilators are required to count the total number of printed pages and
questions, and the same must be written on the board as well. Ensure that the students
confirm the same.
4. You are not to read out or explain any part of the paper to the students. Stay quiet
during your duty DO NOT DISTURB the students.
5. DO NOT TAKE A DAY OFF ON THE DUTY DAY.
6. DO NOT sit or use a mobile while on duty.
7. In case of any ambiguity/misprinting, kindly inform the exam cell members
immediately. Text/call them ( and Ms. beena ) in the private window. DO NOT SHARE
A MESSAGE EITHER IN THE GIRLS BRANCH GROUP OR THE MAIN BSS
GROUP
8. Kindly write your name (not signatures) on all the papers.
9. Submit the papers immediately in chemistry lab Building 1.
10. Do not allow the students to leave the classroom for washroom or drinking water,
ask them to go before starting the paper.
11. Kindly ensure that students sign in respective columns only, for attendance.
The duty Teacher has to text the absent student's name to the Exam Cell
immediately.
12. The duty teacher has to sign on the attendance sheet.
13. In case any students are found cheating, inform Exam Cell and Ms. Beena
immediately.
14. The board has to be prepared like this
