Position Overview:
As an Associate Data Scientist, you will have the onus of working with large, complex data sets. You would be
expected to solve difficult, non-routine analysis problems and apply advanced analytical methods as needed. You
will be responsible for conducting end-to-end analysis that includes research, hypothesis testing, and thought
leadership.
Job Responsibilities:
Identify valuable data sources and automate collection processes
Undertake preprocessing of structured and unstructured data
Process, cleanse, and verify the integrity of data used for analysis
Design data modeling processes to create algorithms and predictive models and perform custom analysis.
Select features, build and optimize classifiers using machine learning techniques
Write reliable, manageable, and high-performance code
Analyze large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns
Present information using data visualization technique
Enhance data collection procedures to include all relevant information for developing analytic systems
Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy.

Qualifications:
Graduate or Post-Graduate in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Engineering (in any stream)
Work experience as a Data Science Intern or in related field is preferred
Knowledge and understanding of Tensorflow and Pytorch
Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts (regression, properties of distributions, statistical
tests and proper usage, etc.)
Able to develop Key Project Documentation, and Technical Requirements.
Be able to apply advanced AI techniques (e.g., machine learning, predictive analytics. optimization, semantic
analysis, time-series analysis, advanced visualization) to real-world problems
Understanding of machine-learning and operations research
Knowledge and/or experience using business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau
Skills:
Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on product development.
Good knowledge of database principles, practices, structures, and theories
Analytical mind and business acumen
Strong math skills (e.g. statistics, algebra)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
