Sarian: With the kind permission of this honorable court, may we call to the witness stand Miss
Nurkhaira I. Arang as our first witness?
Judge: Call her.
Clerk of Court: Do you swear to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth?
Arang: Yes, I do.
Clerk of Court: Please state your name, age and other personal circumstances.
Arang I am NURKHAIRA ARANG, 31 years of age, Filipino Muslim, single, residing at
Barangay Sinunuc, Zamboanga City.
Clerk of Court: Your Honor, the witness is ready.
Sarian: Your Honor, we are offering the testimony of Miss NURKHAIRA ARANG to prove that she
was the former owner of Lot 5, Purok 4, Vanex Road, Barangay Recodo, Zamboanga City;
That the said lot was lawfully sold to MR. RAPSODI HAJIRI on February 01, 2022 as
evidenced by the Deed of Sale both parties executed; and
and his testimony is likewise being offered to identify the Affidavit that she executed in relation to this
case and to testify on other matters germane thereto.
With the kind permission of the Honorable Court, may I please approach the witness stand?
Judge: you may proceed.
Sarian: maam, why are you present in this court today?
Arang: I came forward to stand as a witness for the cause of the plaintiff.
Sarian: Do you know the Plaintiff?
Arang: Yes, Ma’am. He was the buyer of the lot I previously owned particularly Lot 5,
Purok 4, Vanex Road, Barangay Recodo, Zamboanga City;
Sarian: You sold that lot to Mr. Rapsodi Hajiri?
Arang:Yes, Maam.
Sarian: When was this transaction took place?
Arang: It was on February 01, 2022.
Sarian: Do you have any proof as to this transaction?
Arang: Yes, Ma’am.
Sarian: What is that proof?
Arang: After we agreed on the consideration, we executed a Deed of Sale dated
February 01, 2022.
Sarian: If that Deed of Sale will be shown to you, will you able to recognize it?
Arang: Yes, Maam.
Sarian: How?
Arang: I have my name and signature affixed on the Deed of Sale.
Sarian: I am showing to you a 3-page copy Deed of Sale, please go through over it and tell this honorable
court what is that in relation to the one you mentioned?

Arang: That is the same Deed of Sale I am referring to.
Sarian: With the kind permission of this Honorable Court, we pray that this 3-page Deed of Sale
as identified by the witness be marked as Exhibit __.

Arang: I affixed my signature on it.
Sarian: I am showing to you a 3-page copy of judicial affidavit, can you please go
through over it and tell us what is this in relation to the one you mentioned?
Arang: This is the same affidavit I am referring to.
Sarian: Your Honor, we pray that this 3-page judicial affidavit as identified by the witness be
marked as Exhibit __.
