SHABU
• 10 grams or more MARIJUANA Resins or MARIJUANA Resin Oil
• 500 grams or more of MARIJUANA
• 10 grams or more of other dangerous drugs, such as but not limited
to, MDMA or ECSTACY, TRIMETHOXYAMPHETAMINE (TMA), LYSERGIC
ACID DIETHYLAMIDE (LSD)
If the Quantity involved is LESS than the
Foregoing Quantities, the Penalties are:
• 10 grams or more but less than 50 grams – life imprisonment and a
fine ranging from PhP 400,000.00 to PhP 500,000.00
• 5 grams or more but less than 10 grams of opium, morphine, heroin,
cocaine or cocaine hydrochloride, marijuana resin or marijuana
resin oil – imprisonment of 20 years and one day to life imprisonment
and a fine ranging from PhP 400,000.00 to PhP 500,000.00
• less that 5 grams of opium, morphine, heroin, cocaine or cocaine
hydrochloride, marijuana resin or marijuana resin oil – 12 years and
one day to 20 years imprisonment and a fine ranging from PhP
300,000.00 to PhP 400,000.00

dangerous drugs

he/she will suffer the penalty of
