Whether we’re brainstorming camp activities or tackling a tricky project at work, feeling safe

to speak up sparks creativity and innovation. Tuckman’s stages of team development also

ring true in both arenas. Understanding each member's role, like knowing who’s the

navigator or the cook, helps us tackle challenges efficiently.

Reflecting on these experiences, I realize that successful teamwork thrives on open

communication, respect, and a supportive vibe. Both my professional journey and my

scouting adventures have shown me how the diverse contributions of others can lead to

amazing outcomes, paving the way for success and creativity in every endeavor.
IMPLICATIONS
