Good morning Good morning. Let me introduce myself. I'm Ochilova Maftuna, Iam magistrar
student of WIUT and I have a module International Marketing Managment so from this module
i have course work with local and global companies.My global company is Fiji waters, local
company is OMAF water company. so relating to my first work i can take informations from
you, to do my marketing plan, so that's why I should take some interview with giving questions.
and at first i want to say Thanks because by your support , information which you give me now
will main part of my work okay, you can give me some points, which is about your role in your
company.

Thank you. First of all that you choose our company. My name Bekhzod Burkhanov and Iam
project manager in Omaf water company. Our company was established in 2020, before the
COVID, before the pandemic. So was established in Uzbekistan and launched it after the
pandemic. Our company provide only like clean, sustainable waterthroughout Uzbekistan, and
we have some kind of transactions in the field of import and export in UAE country. Can you
start from your questions?

Can you describe the mission and vision of Omaf Water Productions?

what I can tell you, like our company focused on providing, as I told you before, like
sustainable water solutions through innovative technology and community engagement, where,
where I can tell about The mission is like to enhance access to water, I mean clean and safe
water, while from promoting environmental resilience and Environmental stewardship in the
water management in the region of a great world, very community. I mean, our country like has
reliable access to water, like fostering health development.

My second question is about differentiators. What differentiates Omaf Water Productions from
other water production companies in the industry?

productions, industry in the industry line like we use like innovative eco friendly technologies
that minimize environmental impact, and we also focus on local partnerships, which can I say
that tailored to the specific needs of the communities, like offering empowerment and
education. How can I say like? Maybe like focuses, also more, providing healthy water,

Yeah, that's a good question, like our company started to explore Since 2021 I guess, like after
first, after one year of the since it was launched, I Yeah, we exported to UAE. Maybe, you
know, like UAE like kind of hard to enter the market, because they have strong requirements
that have like, kind of strong companies and like requirements. I mean, they provide, we, they
provide like regulatory compliance also. So we have compliant all sufficient and required. I
mean, necessary, you. Documents which was provided from our side. We established, like we
have, how can I say, like

food management system, like that's for the safety and the cleanness the water. So that's why we
just launched it, exporting to UAE market.

who is the product Target audience of your product, for example, in Uzbekistan like you know
that consumers can be 3 type of income owners from low to middle anf high income owners for
example in my global companyFiji Company production, their main consumers are high
income consumers because of brand luxury

What I can tell you like, we don't differentiate any consumers. I mean any customers who wants
to, who wants to get our product like on up water for everyone, we don't want to differentiate
like, if he has a low income or high income. For us, it doesn't matter what, what we can manage
like we want to provide for those areas who has, like, limited access to clean water, and for the
businesses also as well. I mean, for the industries who require water solutions in their
operations, we don't mind. There is no difference. I don't want to choose like, who has low
income or who has high income,

you mean any kind of consumer can buy it yes. okay How do you tailor your advertising
strategies to reach different segments of your like audience?

Okay, for like, would have, like some kind of severed segments or strategies, like for
approaching for the local communities. Like we utilize, like local events or workshops, maybe
we use also social media to raise awareness about the water and benefits, and also we negotiate
with The businesses, like some kind of events. Who has one who want to, like, cooperate with
our company, like we can highlight our shared goals using successful partnerships.

Which advertising channels have been most effective for promoting your products?for
example , Instagram is also most popular Facebook and we have also TV channels. Which of
them is more efficient way to introduce your partner?

So mostly we use for our company. Mostly we use social media like Facebook and Instagram,
because they have effectively, yeah, audience like for we can easily reach for our audience, and
we also share with some kind of with the people who have their own videos that they create out
of their in their account, by some kind of creative videos that they can they use it so we just
promoted also in their video, like to popular, to make the popular. Our product between the yes
in the yes like and also you, as I told you, like partnership. I mean, we had the collaboration
with the sport, like football, with Uzbekistan national football team, and we had some
collaboration with the sport events, which was held in Tashkent. And last year, like heavy heavy
weight lifting, heavy weight lifting in was like kind of tight condo or judo. I don't remember
which end of that sport was, but we had implemented collaboration with them, so we just
provided them clean water so they can understand. I mean the not the local people, but I mean
the people who came for this business.

What are the key considerations when designing packaging for your products?

for our like companies, key considerations for packaging and designing was demo like
Sustainability and first, we want to use recycling materials functionality. Like to ensure the
packaging product projects to product during the transit or storage, and also maybe the, as you
know, like brand new, we want to show our company, I mean not in one, I mean in one
direction, like in one, not in Uzbekistan, but also we want to expand throughout the world.

Okay, my next question is about the regions available, availability, and which regions required
your product more demand ?

Like, if you want to tell by the urban areas, yeah, we don't want to, as I told you, as your first
question, we don't want to differentiate, like where we want to provide our products, like in
rural areas or urban. It doesn't matter for us. Like mostly what we can say from our can I say,
like statistics, we can. It was showed that our product was mostly demands like in tourist
destinations, like kind of big cities in Uzbekistan, like Samarkand Bucha, or is that more
touristic destinations, like tourists come to see and visit there, and also in events like and
venues, what I told you before, like it was health sport events like heavy heavy weight lifting or
something like that.

My next question is that, how do you adapt your distribution approach for emerging markets
versus established ones?

Established ones, emerging markets. Okay, so the key strategies like, not the strategies, but we
can tell you that our company adapts its distribution through some kind of strategies, like for
the emerging markets, like local partnerships, which is like kind of collaboration with local
distribution and cost effective packaging, like offering for small or affordable packaging
options for the Consumer, for the consumers, to make them more accessible.

How do you assess market demand before entering a new area? For example, you said that we
are export our products to UAE Yes. Before starting i think Omaf did some type of analysis
yes?

So it was conducted by some methods, like, first, we implement market research, like where it
was highly demanded our product or not, and we made some kind of competitive analysis. Like
to evaluate existing computers, like, as you told from international companies like Fiji, so to
understand their strengths or weaknesses. Like markets Yes, then the market shares, like, how
we can? WeUnderstand, I mean that, can we enter or not, what we can do like and like
distribution channel evaluations, which was like analyzing effectiveness of various distribution
channels in the in that area, I mean, in the UAE, which is determined like best methods for
reaching consumers.

O yes i got it the last question , What are the companyвАЩs growth plans for the next 5-10
years?

Mr.Bekhzod 15:40
Yeah, that's an interesting question, because, I mean, from myself, what I can tell you, maybe
company don't see any kind of big expense, I mean, in the half years, but in the next two years,
it was planned like to get market expansion. I mean, not exporting, only for UAE, but CIS
countries like Tajikistan or Kazakhstan, maybe others. Maybe Russia also we can include
because we have good partnership. I mean, Uzbekistan with Russia and other Middle East
countries like Oman or Kuwait or Qatar, that's one, one kind of plan for the future. What about
the second plan like you want to implement, like product diversification now we use only
plastic bottles, but even the next feature, I mean, the near future, we want to implement to for
production in the class bottles. So that's one kind of shares about the company.
