LIGHTING AND POWER PANEL BOARD

1.The legend to indicate luminaire selection with type, wattage and all details.
2.Ensure required lux level is obtained as per SBC/SASO.
3.Indicate lighting control for each area.
4.Provide perimeter lighting as per KAFD requirements and specification in BTG and FOG.
5.Ensure no damages to base built slab or walls.
6.Ensure the demarcation for feeding power and lighting loads for each area is from the same DB.
7.Ensure the circuit reference indicated in service layouts matches with load schedule.
8.Submit Emergency & Exit lighting layout for review as a separate layout.
9.Ensure required lux level is obtained as per SBC and Local Civil Defense for Emergency and Exit lighting.
10.Ensure battery backup of minimum Hrs as per SBC and Local Civil Defense requirements is considered for Emergency & Exit lights and to
be mentioned in the legend.
11.Ensure all the outlets/accessories indicated in the layouts are captured in the legend.
12.Emergency & Exit lighting drawing to be reviewed, approved and stamped by Civil Defense approved consultant, (complete Emergency
Lighting layout shall be show and Stamped, not only Exit Light Fixtures layout to be provided).
13.Submit the drawing along with a covering sheet from the consultant mentioning the system has been designed in accordance with Saudi
Civil Defense regulation.
14.Submit a copy of the Saudi Civil defense approval License of the consultant.
15.Provide the drawing number.
