KAFD-A2-408-COMN-NSF-XXXXX-WSP-ELE-DWG-00046-R01; the tenant is allocated with 1 no 300A TPN Tie in isolator with TCL : 130.0kVA &
TDL : 104.0kVA Fed from MDB-3.
2.Tenant be informed that there is no additional power allocation from base built provisions for any Essential, HVAC, mechanical or ELV for tenant
systems other than the above mentioned in point 1.
3.Show the Demand Factors (DF) for each load type and ensure to use DF as per SEC / NFPA for each individual utility services. The DF for
lighting to be 1.0, General Purpose receptacles to be 0.6, IT Racks & LC outlets shall be 1.0, and for other special equipment (Kitchen Equipment)
shall be proposed as per Standards and Tenant requirements.
4.Tenant shall provide a break down analysis for all loads types demand loads in the load schedules.
