Note:
1. Resistance values should only be measured after the loadcell wires have been
removed from the junction box.
2. Excitation votage should be checked in both connected and disconnected
loadcell wire situations, and both results should be compared. Both
circumstances should be similar.
3. Only after removing the signal wire from the junction box should the loadcell's
mV output signal voltage be measured.
[Link] the sensitivity value, bridge input and output resistance reference values,
always refer to the loadcell datasheet/ specifications.
5. It was necessary to reference the weighing system commissioning report or the
weighing system control unit parameters for the loadcell excitation voltage value
and signal mV output voltage ranges. Additionally, it can be computed using a
mV output calculator.
