Slot Booking Manual
Very Important Notes
1. Slots can be booked and modified within the specified period only.
2. Slots are available to book on first come, first serve basis.
New Slot Booking
Let us see how we can do the fresh slot booking of a course
Login
• Visit [Link]/[Link]
• Enter your registered Email id and
password.
• Click on Submit.
Important Note:
If you don’t know your password or have forgotten
it, then use Forgot your password? button to reset
the password.
Tests
• Click on Tests Card
Slot Booking
• Click on Slot booking Card
Course Selection
• Select the course for which you want At NMAMIT
to book the slot.
• For this demonstration, let’s book
slot for Cargo Handling course.

Date Selection and
Booking
• All the dates where slots are
available will be visible/active on the
Calander, pick any one of these
active dates.
• In this case 4, 10 and 12 of June are
available dates. In this
demonstration, we will be booking
the slots for 4th June 2023.
• Once date selection is done, click on
Book Now button.
Booking Confirmation
• Verify the details of course you are
booking, your details, dates and
time slot.
• If all details are fine, click on Book
button.

Acknowledgement
• Once booking is confirmed, system
will show the booking confirmation
message.
• Click OK button to acknowledge the
same,
Book slot of other
courses
• Refresh the page to go back to
course selection page to book slots
for other courses.
• Alternatively, you can press F5 key
on your keyboard to refresh the
button.
Book slot of other
courses
• Select other courses from the New
Slot Bookings courses by following
the steps mentioned in previous
slides.
• You can find all completed slot
booking details at the bottom of the Click here to
page in Previous Slot Bookings expand/collapse
section.
Rescheduling a Booking
Let us see how we can reschedule an existing booking.
Slot Rescheduling
• Click on See Details button of an
existing slot to reschedule it.
• Let’s reschedule 04 Jun 2023 –
0700-1000 Hrs slot.
Rescheduling Booking
• Click on Reschedule Booking button
Rescheduling
Confirmation
• Click on Yes, Proceed! button to
proceed with reschedule.
You are ready to
reschedule now
• Please observe that the existing
booking of the course is deleted and
now course is available to rebook
the slot now.
• You can follow the steps mentioned
in this manual in previous slides to
book the slot.
