Training Objectives

1. Provide relevant training and discussion;


2. To help teachers’ personal growth and professional development
3. To be able to come up with unique teaching methods and apply classroom
practices through the development of HOTS questions and assessments and
increase their knowledge
4. To capacitate school leaders and teachers in using HOTS items/questions in
Mathematics, Science, and English.
5. Acknowledge the support of the school head, guests/speakers and faculty

Insights
1. It is very important to learn and relearn as well as teachers.
2. The teacher should continuously improve the pedagogical knowledge and skills
to deliver quality instruction.
3. As today’s generation where technology have been playing a vital role in
teaching-learning, and so the teacher should enhance the skills to explore the
many learning opportunities offered by the advancement of it.
