Job Description & The BDR would be a key member of the sales team at Incture. This role is expected
Responsibilities to generate sales qualified leads for the organization in our chosen industry verticals
and will need to work in close coordination with the Marketing, Sales, Pre-sales and
Delivery teams. Some of the responsibilities are:
Utilize your business and industry acumen to research targeted audience,
identify key players, generate interest, create compelling events, and
develop new accounts.
Execute outbound prospecting initiatives to potential customers and SAP
sales executives in North America
Activity breakup - 50% Lead Generation 40% Business Development 10%
Sales
Understanding prospect needs, mapping their needs to Incture’s offerings,
connecting with key executives at customers to create new opportunities
Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, SAP, social, references, SAP App
center, events and partners through a rigorous lead qualification and
scoring criteria
Grow and execute sources for qualified sales leads.
Conduct high-level discovery conversations with enterprise accounts.
Create innovative outreach strategies for lead generation, from the
assigned territory, and generate contact (call, email, social, attend events,
etc.). Secure and schedule meetings and demos adopting all tools available.
Keep in regular contact with target market to engage with prospects,
identify opportunities, and schedule sales presentations.
Collaborate with Marketing to develop marketing tactics against the
assigned accounts; and drive attendance/presence at relevant events and
conferences.
Lead the development of new business relationships and effectively
handover clients to the Sales and Delivery Team, upon successful conclusion
of the BDR processes.
Bring personal unique trait to the BDR role to add value to the sales

Maintaining database (CRM, Excel, etc.) of contacts and detailed lead
activity information
Relevant Experience & Bachelor’s degree with 5-8 years of total experience of inside sales/sales,
Competencies selling IT products/services for the North American market
Knowledge of key business processes such as HR, Finance, Procure to Pay,
etc would be a huge plus
Hands-on experience in working across the marketing stack impacting
demand generation, on boarding, social listening, lead scoring and re-
marketing
Should be dynamic, energetic and should be good at organizing information
Superb English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Positive and energetic presentation skills, excellent listening skills.
Outstanding ability to communicate complex ideas and technical concepts
clearly and efficiently to clients (including executive audience).
A track record of working in a fast-paced environment, set your own
demanding expectations and be able to inspire and support teammates.
We are looking for a self-managed and process oriented person.
Flexibility to work in shifts, if required.
Industry knowledge of either Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Retail or CPG will be
an advantage.
Qualification: Graduate from reputed institute
Experience Desired: 5-8 years with min 3+ years’ experience in a B2B SaaS environment, in a BD, sales,
consulting, and/or business strategy role
