• Compressor production year is (2023)
• Our Main task is performing commissioning for the compressor (Based on the
customer's request)
• Customer was informed that the compressor needs 2000 hrs. maintenance kit before doing our commissioning because of
compressor production year is 2023 but customer request to do the commissioning under his total responsibility
Works done: commissioning for the compressor doing the following:
1- Electrical check was done cable size (6 * 120 mm) & supply voltage is (400 v)
2- Phase sequence protection was activated & tested, and it was OK
3- Mechanical check was done for all compressor parts
4- All transportation red supports were removed
5- All VCI was removed
6- Oil level was checked and is OK
7- Checking for both Motor direction and it is OK
8- Filling both elements by oil coming with compressor before starting it
9- Starting the compressor on full load and it works well with normal readings
Notes:
1- Very dusty condition around the compressor which is highly Affecting on the compressor performance and (oil, oil filters, air
filters)
2- Oil change Intervals should be respected according to atlas Copco’s recommendations and the service should be performed
by atlas Copco’s specialists to have the best performance
3- Compressor needs 2000 hrs. maintenance
4- Compressor water requirements should be respected as instructions book
5- The compressor outlet pipe should be modified to be as a swan kneck
6- In case compressor will be stand by for a time, outlet valve must be closed and compressor should be depressurized &
Cooling water valves should be closed
