there is a warranty registration form and stamped return envelope enclosed. To insure full
warranty consideration, please FILL OUT AND RETURN THE FORKLIFT
WARRANTY REGISTRATION FORM promptly. The Operator’s Manual is mounted
on the left side of the Donkey. The transport truck electrical socket is mounted to the
wiring pig tail on the Donkey.

DONKEY WARRANTY
The Donkey is covered by warranty for a period of twelve months from the
original date of purchase. All parts are covered with the exception of the engine, battery,
and tires. These parts are warranted by the respective manufacturer.

If the customer has a minor failure that requires new parts, Quality Corporation will
promptly ship new parts at Quality’s expense regular UPS to the customer to be replaced
by the customer. For full credit, the failed parts must be returned to Quality Corporation.

If the customer has a failure and returns the Donkey to the selling dealer for repair then
Quality Corporation will promptly ship necessary parts to the dealer regular UPS. For full
credit, the failed parts must be returned to Quality Corporation.

Quality Corporation will not be responsible for down time because of a failed Donkey
nor will it pay for transportation from the customer to the dealer or from the dealer to the
customer. If the customer requires second day or overnight UPS service on parts, Quality
Corporation will provide it and bill the difference between regular and chosen expedited
service to the customer.

NOTES: 1) All other policies and procedures not covered above are outlined in Kubota's published Service Policy Book effective May 1, 1988.
2) The above warranty covers only engines sold by Kubota Engine Division, Chicago office.
3) Any product manufactured in the U.S.A. and utilizing a Kubota engine that is shipped outside the U.S.A. will be covered by that country's warranty
policy or Kubota Ltd. Japan policies.
4) Any product shipped into the U.S. A. and using a Kubota Engine will be covered by the limited 3 year warranty only if that product has been
registered for (W.W.S.) World Wide Service and that the importing company will utilize Kubota Engine Division authorized Engine Distributors for
Dealers for Service/Parts Purchases/warranty.
5) Self service importing OEMs are eligible for the 3 year warranty if all parts purchases are made through Kubota's authorized Distributor or dealer
network.
6) All jet A or JP-5 fuel applications must be application approved in writing from Kubota Engine Division in order to be eligible for the limited 3 year
[Link] criteria and policy outlined in Technical Bulletin number 44 dated February 25, 1987 (Jet Fuel Usage For Kubota Diesel Engines) must
be followed in order for the 3 year limited warranty to be applicable for jet A or JP-5 fuel applications.

throughout the world. These outlets are listed alphabetically in the following order: Continental Area,
