IDENTIFICATION > JUNCTION BLOCK

CAUTION: When replacing a blown fuse, it is important to


use only a fuse having the correct amperage rating. The use of a
fuse with a rating other than indicated may result in a dangerous
electrical system overload. If a properly rated fuse continues to
blow, it indicates a problem in the circuit that must be corrected.

The junction block is located behind the end cover at the left side of the instrument panel. See Fig 1 .
The location and identification of junction block fuses and relays can be found on the inside of the
instrument panel end cover. The junction block contains blade-type mini-fuses, relays, and circuit
breakers for high-current circuits. For a location of the junction block, see Fig 2 . For fuse
