2024-2025.
No entry wil l be accepted without AICF and MCA pl ayer's registration for
2024-25 and such pl ayer's wil l not be paired.

If any against the decision of the Chief Arbiter, shal l be made in writing
with a protest fee of Rs. 1000/ - within 30 minutes of the occurrence of the
incident. The amount shal l be refunded if the appeal is uphel d.
A p p e a l s C o m m itte e :
A seven-member Committee of Appeal s (incl usive of 2-reserves) shal l be
formed from amongst pl ayers/ official s/ coaches present on the Inaugural
day. The decisions of the Appeal s Committee woul d be final and binding
on al l the participants.
R ul e s a n d R e g ul a tio n s:
The tournament shal l be pl ayed under the FIDE Laws of Chess under Swiss
League System with 9 rounds
Each pl ayer wil l have 15 minutes with an addition of 5 seconds per move
starting from move number one.
Tie breaks - (i) Buchhol z cut 1, (ii) Buchhol z, (iii) SB, (iv) Direct Encounter,
(v) Greater number of wins (incl uding forfeit points), (vi) Greater number
of Victories from Bl ack
