UNIGUARD TU ZP-RICH No.CPI - 2186
UNIGUARD TU ZP-RICH , is single pack epoxy zinc phosphate rich rust - preventing paint based on a combination
epoxyester and petroleum hydrocarbon resins.
It has the following advantages ;
1. Excellent rust-preventing property
2. Good adhesion on low grade surface treatment.
3. Excellent application workability.
4. Wide range compatibility with subsequent coats.

Surface Preparation : Best rust prevention is performed on SSPC-SP 10.
SSPC-SP 11, -SP 2 and SP 3 are acceptable for touch up coats.
Rust prevention performance is strogly depneds on surface cleaning grade.
Anchor profile 30 - 50 mm are recommended for the highest performance.
Preceding Coats : Epoxy, Polyurethne (requied surface preparation, in case over interval)
Subsequent Coats : Wide range of any coating such as , Epoxy , Polyurethane , Alkyd, etc.

Notes 1.* Kindly consult with CMP sales office.
2. Ventilation shall be maintained from coating application until the completion of curing in order to
remove residue of solvents and promote curing.
3. Agitate paint with a power agitator until it is turned homogeneous, and then add appropriate thinner and
mix thoroughly.
4. Density and Volume Solid are measurement data of product samples without thinning. Values may vary
depending on color, manufacturing process, local regulation etc.
This product should be used only by professional applicators.
