I, Udit Thakran, S/o Mr. Ram Kishan, aged about 26 years,
working as an Advocate for the firm M/s Thakran Law
Chambers, Advocates & Solicitors, having its office at Plot No-7,
Old Palam Road, Sulahkul Vihar, Dwarka, New Delhi-110078,
do hereby solemnly affirm and say as follows:
1. I say that I am working as an Advocate with the firm M/s
Thakran Law Chambers, Advocates & Solicitors, having its
office at Plot No-7, Old Palam Road, Sulahkul Vihar,
Dwarka, New Delhi-110078 and am aware of this matter
and as such am competent to affirm this Affidavit.
2. I say that I have filed the Affidavit in Compliance of the
Order dated 18.09.2024.
3. I say that in compliance of the order dated 18.09.2024, I
have served the Accused with the copy of complaint along
with document via E-Mail dated 20.09.2024 on his email id

his Mobile Number 9886600151. It is pertinent to mention
herein that the accused acknowledged the receipt of the
same.

5. I say that the E-Mail and Mobile Number of the Accused as
mentioned in the accompanying Application, are correct and

7. I say that the contents of this Affidavit are true and correct
to best of my knowledge and belief and nothing material has
