Application for permission to applicant/accused for going
abroad
Sir,
That the applicant/accused most respectfully submits as
under:-
1. That the above noted case is pending before the Hon’ble
court and fixed _________________.
2. That the applicant’s ___________________permanently lives in
Australia and he is _____ years old.
3. That the applicant/accused has not seen her
__________________ over 3 years and due to love and affection
the applicant intends to meet her only ____________.
4. That the applicant/accused is senior citizen and she is 67
years old and regular attending the court.
5. That the applicant/accused filed an application to travel
abroad to meet her _____________on xx/xx/xxxx .
6. That the applicant was granted permission by the Hon’ble
Court to travel in the month of _____________ whereas the
requisite to travel. As per the VISA rules every person
intending to travel has to pass an interview to obtain the
visiting VISA prescribing his/her duration of stay in that
country. Now, the concerned embassy call the traveller for
interview by rotation basis and it is very difficult and
imposibile for the applicant to apply VISA by providing
specific time and date of travel as every order as verified by
the embassy.
7. That the prior order made by the Hon’ble Court was
furnished by the applicant to the concerned embassy but as
the order for travel in the month of December and it took
time by the embassy to verify the same time period of travel
was lapsed.
It is therefore humbly before the Hon’ble court that the
applicant/accused may be granted ma permission to travel
abroad to visit her only _____________ living in Australia at any
time prior to the next date of hearing i.e. _________________ as the
Hon’ble Court may be pleased to pass such an order to facilitate
the applicant to visit her ____________ in month of ____________ and
come back in time and the applicant further undertake that she
will make her present before the Hon’ble court on ____________.
