Consolidated completely filled in Proforma 01 to 04 (bring 02 sets of Proforma) and the same in soft copies in excel format only in pen- drive(No CD will be accepted) 5. Details of Admission fees remittance with date, amount and reference number in excel format have to be brought separately challan copies. 6. Copy of the Affiliation Notification for the yar 2024-25 has to be brought without fail. In the absence of Affiliation notification the verification of records may not be carried out. 7. BCI approval letter and other documents relating to name change or relating to admission may be brought. 8. The college should strictly adhere to the schedule and ensure that the documents mentioned above are submitted for verification. 9. If the college fails to produce original documents of any student admitted than such admission will be cancelled. No additional time will be provided for compliance.
