Following are the part of speech used in paragraph

First Paragraph:

Imagine trying (verb) to use the common (adjective) tools in a toolbox without knowing their
respective names (noun) or functions (noun). A master carpenter (noun) would certainly do a
disservice to an apprentice (noun) by avoiding such instruction (noun).

“Take out that silver (adjective) thing; no, not that one… the other one. Figure out on your own
how to use it (pronoun) to cut these moldings.” How inefficient (adjective). How silly
(adjective). How dangerous (adjective).

True, we (pronoun) could probably design research studies (noun) which show no statistically
significant differences in terms of the quality of a finished good (noun) produced by some
trained and untrained apprentices (noun); however, most of us (pronoun) would acknowledge
that the process (noun) does matter in producing such a good (noun). An ignorant (adjective)
apprentice who uses the wrong tools (noun), takes too much (adverb) time (noun), or cuts
herself (pronoun) yet achieves the same quality of finished moldings is certainly not as
preferable as the trained apprentice (noun) who uses each tool (noun) correctly, works
efficiently (adverb), and bleeds less. Which one would you (pronoun) hire to do your
(determiner) moldings at your (determiner) house?

Similarly, we (pronoun) English-language teachers (noun) need to equip our (determiner)


students with the tools (noun) of effective speaking (noun) and writing (noun). One important
(adjective) set of tools (noun) is the parts (noun) of speech (noun). And (conjunction) yes, we
(pronoun) need to teach the names (noun) and functions (noun) of each tool (noun).

Knowing the parts (noun) of speech (noun) helps students (noun) not only “talk the talk,” but
(conjunction) also “walk the walk” in terms of coherent (adjective) and effective (adjective)
speaking (noun) and writing (noun). Scaling the language (noun) barrier is important
(adjective) for students (noun) (and (conjunction) teachers) so that matters of grammar (noun),
usage (noun), sentence (noun) structure, sentence (noun) variety, mood, tone, and (conjunction)
emphasis can be discussed intelligently (adverb).

“Take a subject (adjective) case pronoun (noun) out of your (determiner) toolbox to substitute
for the repetitive use of that proper noun (noun).” How efficient (adjective). How transferable
(adjective). How effective (adjective).

Now, it should go without saying, but (conjunction) an apprentice (noun) carpenter (noun)
would not teach her (pronoun) trade by memorizing the name (noun) and function (noun) of the
tools (noun) in isolation. She (pronoun) would also need to put her (pronoun) knowledge into
practice (noun) under (preposition) the guidance (noun) and (conjunction) modeling (noun) of
the master carpenter (noun). Yes (interjection), there would be mistakes (noun): error analysis
is important (adjective). However, also seeing things (noun) done correctly (adverb) with
guided practice (noun) will produce the intended results (noun).

Second Paragraph:

Yesterday, the sun shone (verb) brightly in the cloudless sky. Aleena strolled (verb) through the
picturesque park (noun). She (pronoun) admired the vibrant colors (noun) of the blooming
flowers. But (conjunction), suddenly, a playful puppy (noun) bounded towards her (pronoun),
wagging its (pronoun) tail with excitement. It was such a joyful moment, and she (pronoun)
couldn't help but smile. After enjoying the park's tranquility, she (pronoun) sat on a comfortable
bench (noun) and savored a delicious sandwich (noun). She (pronoun) said, wow (interjection)!
Eventually, the sun began to set, casting a beautiful orange glow across the horizon. She
(pronoun) left the park (noun), feeling content and grateful for the wonderful day she (pronoun)
had experienced.

1. Noun:
