The new suspension mechanism of the chassis increases the up and down bounce of

2. Hydraulic system

The metering pump is connected to the gearbox through the power take-off and

controls the steering and hydraulic outriggers.

and electronically controlled control consoles are installed on both sides of the chassis.

2.1. Slewing bearing

2.4 Hydraulic system

The main reel, auxiliary reel, luffing and telescopic are open circuits, and adopt

constant power variable pump control mode. The displacement of the pump is changed

through the load feedback port on the main valve, so that the pressure and flow of the

pump are automatically adjusted to the optimal size, with excellent control performance

and good micro-motion.

The lifting is characterized by high speed for light load and low speed for heavy

load.

The boom is lowered by gravity, which is energy-efficient.

Single cylinder latch retracting system.

The rotary system is a closed system. By adjusting the angle of the variable pump

swash plate, the flow rate of the pump and the direction of the pressure oil can be

changed, thereby changing the speed and rotation direction of the rotary motor. It has

good micro-motion and stable rotation. It has a free sliding function.

2.4.1, Hydraulic oil cooler

2.5 Control System

Pioneer electro-proportional computer integrated bus control, CAN bus technology,

combined with advanced PLC control technology, realizes the logical control of the

system, with high control mode integration, convenient fault diagnosis, simple and
comfortable operation, high sensitivity and stepless speed regulation.

2.6. Main/auxiliary lifting mechanism

Driven by hydraulic motor, with built-in planetary gear reducer and normally closed

brake, special anti-tangling rope drum, anti-winding wire rope. The main and auxiliary

lifting mechanisms operate independently.

2.9. Main boom

It consists of 1 basic boom and 5 telescopic booms, adopts anti-twist design, made

of high-strength structural steel, the main boom section is U-shaped, the lifting operation

is stable, and the slider gap is adjustable. The single-cylinder latch interlocking telescopic

system, a double-acting cylinder can control the telescopic movement of all booms, to

achieve a variety of arm length combinations, the arm length is set to 46%, 92% and full

extension of each telescopic arm; the arm end pulley is standardly configured with 6

pulleys.

2.10、Onboard control room

2.11 Safety devices

The hydraulic system is equipped with hydraulic balance valve, hydraulic overflow

valve, hydraulic two-way lock and other devices to ensure the stability and safety of the

system.

Hirschmann force limiter system adopts advanced microprocessor technology, with

low power consumption, powerful functions, high sensitivity and easy operation. The

large-screen LCD displays the lifting parameters such as torque percentage, actual lifting

weight, rated lifting weight, amplitude, boom length, angle, maximum lifting height,

mining code, ratio, limit angle, information code, etc. in Chinese and graphics. It has

complete pre-alarm and overload stop function. The system also has overload memory

function (black box) and fault self-diagnosis function.

The winch is equipped with three circles of protectors to prevent the wire rope from

being over-released.

A height limit is set on the boom head to prevent the wire rope from overwinding.

Anemometer: Detects whether the high-altitude wind speed is within the safe
operating range.

2.12 Counterweight

It has the function of self-loading and unloading by manual remote control and is

suspended at the tail of the turntable by two hydraulic cylinders.

2.15. Centralized lubrication system on board
