Vendor Management Advisor
Role:
• The job holder is responsible of Registration/Qualification process of suppliers according to
procurement plan and contract strategy, performing Vendor List and Due Diligence Checks.
Main Responsibilities:
• Analyse and assess the self-applications from Suppliers in cooperation with the support of the
technical units, if required and performs third party Due Diligence Check;
• Prepare vendor lists and pre-assess vendors during tenders;
• Manage the correspondence with Suppliers during the Registration/Qualification process;
• Update Suppliers´ status in Vendor Database;
• Develop, update and manage the overall feedback process;
• Develop and facilitate all company requirements for market information and business intelligence
services, including research or similar projects, industry trends and behaviors;
• Manage, update and maintain the Product and Services Classification List;
• Provide support to Compliance and Reporting team on preparation of reports (KPIs, Cost reduction,
Local Content, Traffic Lights, Contract listing and others on demand) and Compliance Assessment
of Procurement and Vendor Management processes;
• Perform additional tasks, as required by the nature, specificities, and operational requirements of
the Company.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferable in Business, Engineering or Economics);
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in oil and gas projects;
• CIPS type qualification would be preferred;
• Minimum 1 year’ experience in the requested area of expertise;
• Previous work in high complexity projects;

• Knowledge of Commodity markets and price trends, various grades, qualities, and varieties of
materials, supplies, and equipment.
• Very good degree of computer literacy in Microsoft Office.
