Describe a person who has had an important influence on you


You should say:

1. Introduction:
Describe a person who looked after you as a child.
 I’m going to talk about my grandpa, who has always been the most important and influential
individual in my life.

2. Basic information:
- Name:
His name’s ……, which means …….. in English.
Her name’s ……., but I usually call him …….., because she likes it when I call her by that name.
- How you knew / met that person:
I have known him my whole life- from a time when I was an infant, throughout the time when I started
going to school or at the time when I became an adult.
- Age:

He’s in his 70s now, but he looks young for his age.
- Appearance.
He told me that he was a well-built man when he was young.
- Occupation:
He’s a doctor.
He used to be a doctor, but he retired 5 years ago.

He lives in Da Lat/ He lives with my uncle and aunt in Da Lat now.
