Website SCRIPT (USASiteSafety.

com)

Introduction: (Start by opening their website)

If the website says “not secure”(No SSL Certificate):

Hey I was on your website and I got a pop up that says “site is not secure”. Are you the one that
is in charge of handling the website?
I'm calling to ensure everything is alright on your end, confirming you're still in business and to
make sure the site should still be up.

“Site cant be reached”(Huge Malfunction):

I was on google and I saw your site was down. Are you aware of that? It also says when I click
more information that the site is not secure. I am calling to ensure everything is alright on your
end and that you are still in business.
Do you know if you had a site in the past on this domain?
Who built it?
Good hooks:
● GO to a computer right now and pull up your website, just so I can show you
● This is a security issue especially for elderly customers when you do not have a security
certificate on your website.
● This is google themselves not having a security verification on your website.

(This is what an SSL issue looks like)

If website is secure: Hangup and go to the next
I have a few questions I need to ask to make sure this is fixable
1. Are you the owner of this business
2. Is the business name still {Read Business Name}
3. Is the business phone number still {Read Business Phone number}
4. Is the URL of the site still {Read the URL}
5. Do you know who created the site
6. Do you have access to the site
7. Im going transfer you over to the senior analyst who can get this fixed for you,
should be almost immediate

Not interested:
Who are you
We are a Florida based company and we scrape all websites that have security or hosting
issues and reach out to see why they do not have the site properly up. If you are out of business
we understand but for any other situation you do not want to have this issue and it is very quick
to fix.

Are you primarily word of mouth?

The last thing you want is when a customer recommends you to someone they go do some
research on you and they get a notification that your website is at risk of stealing their credit
card information.

I will tell the guy who handles that:

If they knew how to handle it they would have already done it.

I don’t care about my website?

I am not surprised if you have a glaring notification that your site is at risk to steal passwords
and credit card information. Once we get this fixed your site will be properly listed and you won't
have any chance for people to be worried.

I already have a marketing/ website guy:

How long have you been working with them? Because the problem is if they made the site
without making it secure it is as good as not having a website no one is going to trust it. This is
something that is easy to resolve as long as you have access to the hosting or has someone
who has access to it we can submit an application to verify your site and get it secure.

Why are you calling me:

The reason you got picked up in our system is because you site shows up in our scan as “not
secure”, go check it yourself on the phone or on a desktop

PRICING: (If we are doing transferring to new rep dont say this part)
You need an ssl application and maintenance which is $199 programming setup/
authentication and $49mo to renew.

(SILENCE AFTER YOU SAY THIS)

If they start whining about the price , say this is about $1.5 a day, to keep the certificate live on
our end and continue verifying site safety.

“Yes”
We have merchant accounts with visa, mastercard, american express and discover which would
you like to use today?

“NO”
If you have a site and haven’t done this there isn't much point in having a site. We have to
initially qualify the site as secure, then apply for the application, and then maintain the
verification so the site does not become “not secure again”. Make sense?

“I don’t know anything about you guys”

We work with local businesses in Florida, and we are based out of Boynton Beach. Give me one
second I will text you our website link that addresses the security component of our company,
we do a lot more than just securing websites but this is the main issue we got in touch with you
over.

I can’t pay until we start the work

Before we submit for verification and access on our end we need to submit a citation work order
that shows we have permission to be working on the site. Basically that permission is proof of
payment so they do not think we are just submitting access to random peoples websites.

Trust

Trust me if I was trying to scam someone it would not be for 100 bucks first of all. Secondly, this
is a legitimate business with a sunbiz profile. Regardless, security is something you need some
active work being done at all times on and I understand it is not ideal to be doing it over the
phone but for the price and quality of work all I need is 1% of your trust right now and we will
gain the other 99% on the first appointment.
We have merchant accounts with visa, mastercard, american express and discover,
WHICH ONE WOULD YOU LIKE TO USE TODAY?

“I dont give my card out over the phone”

I completely understand but this is a service that no marketing agency in the world can afford to
go fly out and grab dinner with you over $100. Obviously we want you to be comfortable but we
also have to run a business here ourselves. I can send you a link to pay it through our merchant
which is PCI DSS Compliant (credit card rules) and you don't have to give me any card
numbers, it is all stored in the merchant. Sound fair?

We have merchant accounts with visa, mastercard, american express and discover,
WHICH ONE WOULD YOU LIKE TO USE TODAY?

Let's say it does work… is your business worth a $99 investment?

We have merchant accounts with visa, mastercard, american express and discover,
which would you like to use today?

Were PCI/DDS Compliant

“I will pay later on”

What can’t get done today is less likely to get done tomorrow, is this a price issue or a trust
issue?

Trust: Go back to trust rebuttals

Price Issue: Offer them a small discount

Discount qualifying questions:

Do you have less than 20 employees?
Have you been in business less than 10 years?
Were you affected by Covid?
(You can make up more questions)
If they answer just one question they qualify for the programming setup fee to be waived so they
will only be billed for the monthly amount.

Objections:
Prospect: “My site looks just fine”
That glaring pop up on mobile and desktop that says “Not secure, your credit card and
passwords may be at risk” says OTHERWISE

Prospect: “I get that but I don’t need it”

How long have you been in business? Is it safe to say you have a reputation around here? How
would you feel if when you went to the home depot's site you got a notification that your
passwords were at risk?

Prospect: “Im good”

If You don’t fix this I would honestly just take your site down, go to any of your competitors sites
they dont have this problem. No one will stay on your website especially elderly clients.

Prospect: “Im too Busy”

Well that is a good problem to have but being online is not always about getting additional jobs
as much as it is about purely your reputation. This is not about us getting you more business but
not losing current customers to competitors if this even gives them one second to consider
someone besides you eventually that might become an issue.

Prospect: “How long does it take to fix this”

It can be fixed within the next two days. We just need to apply for the security certificate, then
backlink it through the dns records and show authenticity, then you are good to go as long as it
is maintained.

How much does this cost?

It is only $49 a month (shut up and let them talk after this)

If they really start whining FIGURE OUT WHAT IT IS THEY'RE CONCERNED ABOUT (Trust or
Price)

Trust: Go back to Trust Rebuttals
