Agri Business Management Job Description

Job Summary:
JKYOG Trust for its division JKYOG Natural Foods & Agri Pvt. Ltd is looking for an enthusiastic
candidate for who will oversee the operations and development of the Farmer Producer
Organization, Collaborators, Self Help Group Management, Agri Skill Training Program etc. This role
involves managing agricultural activities, improving productivity, ensuring compliance with
regulations, and fostering strong relationships with farmers and stakeholders.
Responsibility and Deliverables: -

 Serve as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) and project manager for all program
workstreams: Collaborator & Partner selection & Integration, technical integration,
content development, training, deployment.
 Mobilize the farmer community, activate aggregation points, and acquire
shareholders
 Onboarding and Engaging with FPOs, Entrepreneurs and Companies;
 Providing Training and Workshops to Stakeholders
 Creating and managing Awareness Camps for Farmer community
 Reporting on the FPO's progress and documenting it to the managers
 Ensuring the FPO office, sales counter, extension counter, stock, assets, and other
materials are managed properly
 Maintaining a database of FPO shareholders and farmers
 Providing shareholders with market linkage and information on the business model
through internal app
 Tie up with Agri Collaborators for the trade of the Agri produce
 Driving business: Implementing the business plan

Skill Training Deliverables: -

 Mobilizing Rural & Urban Youth, SHGs, FPOs and Farmers to enroll them for
Capacity Building and Skill Training Program.
 Providing trainings to the students on latest Agricultural Extension Technologies that
are being used on the farm/outside the farm to manage, trace and track the various
agricultural activities across the value chains.
 Providing trainings to the FPOs on any latest developments happening in Agri sector,
Agri extensions activities, etc.

Salary – Best in the industry + other allowances as per company policies

Education – MBA (Agri. Business) / B.Sc, B.Tech, M.Sc. (Agriculture) with experience (Freshers with
excellent communication & passion to work with this profile are encouraged to apply)

Eligibility – Candidate should be from Odisha, well known to its geographical areas & can travel
when needed.
