Manual for
Mechanics
Registration
After successful installation of the
Veedol Dosti App, please open the
App and select the language you
prefer. After selecting language,
please click on “New to Dosti” to start
the registration process.
After clicking on “New to Dosti”, select the
relevant option under “My Profession”. After
selecting the profession, accept the terms
and conditions. To accept Terms &
Conditions, swipe the toggle button next to “I
agree to the Terms and Conditions of Veedol”
to the right.
After agreeing to the Terms &
Conditions, please enter your valid
mobile number for registration. An OTP
will be sent on the same number. Enter
the 6-digit code and click on the
Continue button to continue with the
registration process.
After registering your mobile number,
complete your profile by filling up the
required fields..
Once your profile is created, please enter your bank account details On successfully completing the registration
to receive the redeemed coupon amounts which you will scan going process, a pop-up message will appear

end date. To view transactions according to
“failed”, “processing” and “credited” categories
click on the respective tabs
To view “help” click on help below in the
homepage. In the help section there are
Terms and Conditions, FAQs, and
customer care number
To add customer data, click on “customer” at the below right corner in the homepage. Enter data
in all the required fields and click on save button. Once the data is saved successfully the success
message will pop up
To add job sheet, click on “customer name” and then will click on “add job sheet” button under
customer management. Add data in all the required fields and click on submit button. Once the data is
saved successfully the success message will pop up.
Coupon Scanning
To scan a coupon, click on the “scan Once the camera is open, place the On successful completion of the scan, a pop-up

Mandatory Instructions for Dosti App
Users:
❖ Once a mobile number is registered, it cannot be changed. If there are urgent
reasons due to which the mobile number must be changed, a request e-mail may
be sent to
[email protected] stating the reason.
❖ User without PAN cannot be registered on Dosti App
❖ The name of the user will be auto filled as per the PAN
❖ The registered user’s address cannot be changed.
❖ Type of vehicles serviced cannot be changed after registration.
❖ To change their status to active, inactive users must contact customer support.
❖ Customer data that is added under Customer Management cannot be changed
once it is added.
