QUESTION
“Acceptance is to an offer what a lighted match is to a train of
gunpowder. It produces something that cannot be recalled or
undone. But the powder may have laid until it has become damp,
or the man who laid the train may remove it before the match is

Critically analyze this statement by addressing the following:
a. The communication of acceptance under Tanzanian position and
Common Law position (10 marks)
b. The grounds for termination of an offer. (5 marks)
