What are the strategies you are going to use to meet the program’s
objectives?

6. Budget and other resources needed
How much money, equipment, manpower, and other resources will be used
to implement the program?
Where will the resources come from?
7. Time frame
What time frame will the program cover? One school year? Three months?
What is the rationale behind?
8. Evaluation procedures
How will you evaluate the activities of the program? Include the evaluation
instruments, if applicable.
How will you know that the objectives of the program have been met?
Include methods of evaluation and instruments, if applicable.
To whom will the results of the evaluation be presented? Why?
9. Sustaining procedures
List down criteria for sustaining the program in the institution.
