How to File a Complaint


If you are a victim of cybercrime, you can file a complaint with the FIA Cyber
Crime Wing in Pakistan. The process includes:
1. Online Complaint Submission:
• Visit the FIA Cyber Crime Wing's portal.
• Fill out the complaint form with the required details, such as your name,
contact information, and a detailed description of the issue.
• Attach any evidence, such as screenshots, emails, or chat logs.
2. In-Person Complaint:
• Visit the nearest FIA Cyber Crime Reporting Center.
• Submit a written application detailing the incident.
• Provide your CNIC (National Identity Card) and any evidence.
3. Via Helpline:
• Dial 9911, the FIA's helpline for cybercrime complaints.
4. Email:
• Send your complaint to [email protected], including details and
evidence.
