Should kids be publicly disciplined? Their emotional and
psychological well-being might be harmed by harsh disciplinary
actions, which can also cause kids to become overly introverted,
underconfident, and have low self-esteem. Parents want to
discipline their children to ensure that they behave well and do
not develop disrespectful and inappropriate attitudes as adults.
When a parent is angry with their child, scolding them is a form of
discipline yet it can cause them unimaginable harm. Emotional
abuse takes the shape of using the exploitative phrases parents
use. According to experts, the psychological repercussions of
being yelled at can sometimes be worse than physical violence.
They beat in the streets sometimes the child tries to retreat but
their always face their defeat. Constant scolding, makes a child
feel humiliated, intimidated, ashamed, anxious, and stressed, just
like it does adults. Any of these could result in behavioral issues
or educational issues. Every time the parent scolds, every time
the parent makes the child feel worthless, every time the parents
beat the child, every time the parents strike the child, The child
shatters the link between parents and children. A child scolding a
parent, seems unbelievable but also hating parents seems
unbelievable yet children grow that hatred due to harsh scolding.
Therefore, it is acceptable to scold your children, but it is not
acceptable to scold them harshly or to make them feel irrelevant.
