Design and development process
01. Website Analysis
Our team of design experts will evaluate your website requirements and list down all your requirements
and all suggested features for the new website. This will also involve assessing other interesting websites
that we can compare with and for benchmarking.
02. Client Confirmation
Once we have the idea ready this will immediately be forwarded to client to check and confirm the
suggested website layout and format. Client can suggest with new additions as well that would help boost
the site and business with their understanding.
03. Project Brief Submission
Team sends out the project brief in detail to the scope document with all the features and functionalities
added or suggested to the website based on which the client fills in the other details and send back the
document to design team.
04. Proposed Design Submission
Our team starts working on the initial design mockup based on suggestions to the site and sends the
mockup interface layout to client for approval.
05. Approval of Design
Client evaluates the initial interface layout provided and suggests required changes to the design. This in
turn is revised by the design team and revised version is sent to client for approval. The final approved
version is submitted to the development department for conversion to a template.
06. Content
Content will first be acquired from client in electronic format and other materials like newsletters,
publications and etc before the commencement of website development.

Requirements
1 We shall require that all information to be published on the website collected and placed in
electronic format (i.e. typed out on computer) by team before the commencement of the design process.
2 We shall require a designated focal point/contact person at CLIENT OFFICE with whom we shall
liaise in terms of information sourcing, corrections, presentations and any communication.
07. Site Map
A user oriented approach will be used to develop the site structure and navigation of the website. This is to
ease the navigation and locating the information of the site. Content will be used as a guide to the sitemap,
to make sure that all content is easily accessible.
The navigation menu will also be search engine friendly html drop down menus. Key features of HTML
Menu include cross browser support; transparent, round, glossy, metallic, tab menus and drop down
menus.
08. Slicing the pages
Once the design is finalized and approved by the client the team development Unit quickly starts working
on the XHTML / CSS of the design and creates the template and pages with modern standards and best
practice in web standards with all browser compatible code and W3C validations.
09. Development Stage
Once the XHTML of the all the pages are done the site goes to the development section where coders work
on the site to add on features like content management system, ecommerce, photo gallery, interactive
headers, forms etc. depending on the scope and requirement of the client.
10. Testing and Debugging
This is the stage where the finished version of the website is put on a testing server for client to check the
website functioning and confirm that everything required is completed and that the site is now ready to be
moved to the live server of client.

This is the stage everyone was waiting for finally the team uploads the new website to the client server and
make it live for visitors to come and enjoy the new functional website. This helps the client boost up their

The project will take approximately 2 - 4 weeks.
Fees & Payments:
My Organization will require an Initial payment representing the first DEPOSIT of not less than 50%
Terms of Payment
Payment terms
- Initial payment representing the first DEPOSIT of not less than 50% of the overall order, shall be paid
to My Organization at the signing of this agreement and at the start of the project.
- 50% will be paid on completion of the project which will be after uploading and testing the web site.
- Domain registration & Hosting are a pre paid service.
