Purpose: To guarantee payment to IATA for flights, UN contracts, customs duties

Management Fee – 1% flat p.a capped at XAF 10mio

Product Description:
❑ Medium Term credit allows you to finance capital expenditure relating to the creation, extension or modernization of equipment;
❑ It can be combined with other sources of leasing financing;
❑ Maximum financing of 70% of the total cost of the investment, including working capital;
❑ Duration of the medium-term loan: 2 to 5 years.

Lender: Access Bank Cameroon Plc.


Borrower: SATGURU
Beneficiary: As Provided by SATGURU
Total Limit: XAF 300,000,000 (Tree Hundred million frs CFA only)
Equity Contribution: XAF 60,000,000 (Sixty Million FCFA Only) representing 30% of the total
financing need.
Facility Type: Medium Term Loan
Purpose: For the purcharse of cars for rent or financing of sofware if needed
Pricing: 8% per annum
Fees: Facility Fee – 1% flat on facility amount
Tenor: Based on financing needs. Facility can be drawn for up to 4 years.
Disbursement: The facility shall be paid directly to the suppliers by transfer
