I am writing to complain about the closure of Fun Cars and Ghost Train, the long
queues, the dirty environment and the unreasonable food prices concerning your
park. I am a love your park very much since everyone knew your park was fun in the
past. However, I was highly disappointed with your park.
First, I went to your park with my mum on last Sunday. Yet the Fun Cars and Ghost
train you advertised in your leaflet were closed which we felt disappointed. In
addition, when we wanted to play another game in the park, we found that the queue
was very long and we needed to wait for 3 hours. We were too stunned at that time.
After waiting for 3 hours, we were hungry. Therefore, we went to you restaurant in
your park and the price
of the food were stunning again. Most of the food cost 50% more in the urban.
Although we knew the price
in park must be high then in urban. However, it was still unreasonable. The most
disgusting thing is the eating environment. It is awful. There were a lot of
rubbish on the floor and none helped us to clean the desk. There were some food
trucks on it. We were hardly to find a clear desk to have our food.
I feel compelled to make my complaint known as a loyal and paying customer. I am
extremely dissatisfied with your poor park. I demand a full refund. I also expect
an apology for the poor service of your restaurant. I intend to share my unpleasant
experience online if I do not receive a timely and satisfactory response. I can be
