Sub: 15 days residential Short Term Training Course (STTC) on “Storage Pest Management &
Fumigation” w.e.f. June 13 - 27, 2023 at CWC Training Institute, IGMRI Campus, Hapur.
Sir/Madam,
We are organizing the above residential training programme for the science and agricultural graduates [[Link]. or
[Link]. (Ag.)] at CWC Training Institute, IGMRI Campus, Near FCI Silo, Meerut Road, Hapur, (U.P.) 245101. The
certificate of training course will be issued by Indian Grain Storage Management & Research Institute (IGMRI) subject
to its successful completion which means securing at least 40% (Forty Percent) marks in the qualifying examination.
Application format is enclosed. Any candidates having the above qualification may attend this training programme for
their benefit. Self attested Photo Copy of all Certificates from High School to Graduation/Post Graduation have
to be enclosed with the Application form and originals have to be shown at the time of attending the training
programme.
The present fee structure (Non-refundable) is as follows.
Course fee: ₹20,736/- + GST 18% (₹3,732/-) per head i.e. ₹24,468/- (Fee includes Breakfast, Lunch/ Tea/Coffee,
Snacks, Dinner, Training Kit – Good quality Bag, Writing Pad, Pen, soft copy of course material).
Hostel charges: @ ₹ 500/- + GST 12% (₹60/-) per day per head i.e. ₹8,400/- for 15 days for AC room on twin
sharing basis. In case, the trainees have to stay for more than 15 days due to unavoidable reasons, they will have to
deposit additional amount @ ₹ 560/- per day.
The above fees will be collected, electronically from the participant after confirming the documents supplied by
trainee are ok by the IGMRI Authorities and before the admission. No refund would however will be granted on
unsuccessful participation by the trainee during the forthcoming training programmes. The above mentioned fee is
likely to be increased at any time and the same will have to be borne by the candidates.
Since this is a residential programme, stay arrangement for the participants have been made in the hostel which is at the
same complex of the venue of the training. The participants may please confirm their programme as the earliest. They
may reach Hapur alongwith all original certificates pertaining to their qualifications and ID proof in such a manner so
as to enable them to report for training at “CWC Training Institute, IGMRI Campus, Near FCI Silo, Meerut Road,
Hapur– 245101” (U.P.).
Note: It is mandatory for the candidate to produce his/her Vaccination Certificate (to be
downloaded from [Link] alongwith RT-PCR Negative report from any of the
Govt./Authorized Private lab. The report should not be older than 09.06.2023 i.e. the diagnostic
test must be carried out within the time period of 05 days before the onset of the program. This
would enable us in combating the global pandemic of COVID-19 disease and ensuring a healthy
batch of participant required for the training program.

than 5 days including the date of Admission).
NOTE: All of the above documents are compulsorily to be
produced by the candidate at the time of Admission in
original as well as a set of photo copy, failing which your
candidature may be cancelled / rejected.
