REPORT WRITING GUIDELINES
The Survey Project Report must contain following headings:
1. Introduction
Provide a brief introduction to the field survey, including the purpose, importance,
and scope of the study.
Introduce the background information that necessitated the survey.
2. Review of Literature
Summarize relevant literature and studies related to the topic of the field survey.
Highlight gaps, controversies, or areas that the current study aims to address.
Provide a theoretical framework if applicable.
3. Objectives of the Study
Clearly state the specific objectives (at least 3-4) of the field survey. These should
align with the research questions or goals of the study.
4. Research Methodology
Describe the research design and methodology used in the field survey.
Provide details about the geographical location and characteristics of the study area.
Include any relevant information about the population or community being surveyed.
Outline the sampling technique, data collection methods, and tools used (e.g.,
surveys, interviews, observations).
