★ Cloud or Server rent shall charge separately
★ For any additional 3rd party purchase (e.g., online payment gateway) Client will
arrange necessary docs
★ Maintenance (Includes – Security check, SEO check, Error fix) fees are
applicable yearly. Maintenance charge first year is included.
★ Bright health will provide assets (e.g., articles, all write-ups, photo, video)
★ The total value excludes all VAT & Taxes.
Timeline
It will take 10 weeks to develop the whole website from issuing work order.

Payment Structure
● 50% of the total pricing shall pay along with work order.
● 30% of the total pricing shall pay once the website development is done.
● 20% final payment shall made at the time of delivery.
