COMPENSATION PLAN ANALYSIS

❖ DIRECT EARNINGS/ BONUSES:

✓ Referral bonus is paid weekly for every direct registration / sponsor. This is paid every time a member
personally sponsors a new distributor: If the new distributor activates any registration, the sponsor gets
20%. There is no limit to sponsorship.
✓ Indirect Referrals bonuses: This pays up another 10% to 8th Generations of downline
✓ Pairing / Matching Bonus:
✓ Upgrade bonuses: A member earns upgrade Bonus whenever he/ she moves from lower package to any
Higher Package(s) available by paying the difference in value of any package he is moving to.

❖ UPGRADE BONUS
Affiliates can upgrade from smaller packages to bigger packages at any time. Your only
pay the difference in package prices.
 The bonus(es) in percentage is same as that of Referral bonus and also Indirect bonuses
applies.

This is earned Monthly from repurchase order. This pays up to 15th Generations according to your

SUCCESS LINE RANK BONUSES (Uplines & Downlines success awards)

We at Jumadel recognize the fact that "no person is in island" in network marketing business. Therefore,
we love to spread not just success stories but also distribute bounties of achievements. I.e

10% of every award earned by an affiliate is distributed 2 levels up and down the success lines

Example:
5% to your upline two levels up @2.5% each and
5% to your 2 direct downlines 2.5% each.

i.e. For ₦100K rank bonus 5% = ₦5,000

2.5 % of ₦100k rank bonus = ₦2,500

This is replicated for all awards achievements

For ₦4.5M rank bonus 5% = ₦225,000

2.5% of ₦4.5M rank bonus = ₦112,500

❖ STOCKIST / AGENCY BONUSES

There shall be 3 types of stockists in Jomadel business setup
1. State stockist
2. Area stockiest
3. Community stockist

Type 1. is 10Million (state Agency) 8% earnings from center's turnover

Type 2. is ₦5 million (Area Stuckist. LGA) 6% earnings from center's turnover
Type .3 is ₦2Million (Community Agency.) 4% earnings from center 's turnover

AGENCY REFERRAL BONUS:

Affiliates gets 2% referral whenever he/ she refers an Agency in any of the Agency categories.

BUSINESS SHARE CERTIFICATES (2%)

Once you get to Jomadel Ambassador rank, here all qualified Leaders share 2% company profit. This will be in a
pool and Leaders shares percentage will be accorded as soon as the rank is attained in the company.

COMMUNITY SUPPORT FUNDS (CSF): (2%)

At Jomadel, we shall be in the business of giving back to the Society. In this view, the company will budget 2% of its
